Zerotude is a B2B (“Business to Business”) company. This term means that we are a company that provides services geared toward other businesses. Therefore, we do not typically collect general information from individual consumers except from individuals as authorized users of a business that utilizes or subscribes to one of our services, or who may become a customer.
By registering with us or by using the Zerotude Service, you are authorizing us to collect, store and use your email address, and other such personal information you provide during registration or through the use of the Zerotude Service, in accordance with this Privacy Notice. Zerotude is the Controller of such personal information. As used in this Privacy Notice, personal information means information that relates, and is capable of being linked, to a particular person. It does not include de-identified or aggregate information.
Once you register, you also have opted in to receive electronic communications from Zerotude.
We collect, store and use personal information if you or the company you represent, use or buy our products or services. Zerotude also collects, stores and uses personal information about you for marketing purposes.
We use the personal information to be able to deliver the products or services, to validate access to the Zerotude Service and to track the use of the Zerotude Service, and to provide support to the services. We need the personal information to send you operational information about the services, and for contractual and financial reasons. We use your personal information to market our services, and to provide information about new services, newsletters and invitations to our events. The personal information that you provide us with will be used for responding to your questions or requests and will be stored in our systems due to administrative and back-up reasons.
We collect the personal information that you provide us with when you sign up on Zerotude’s e-mailing lists or register for Zerotude newsletters or other forms on www.zerotude.io. We might also collect personal information about you from other sources, such as social media like LinkedIn and/or the website of the company you work for. We collect, store and use your personal information when you contact us, for example if you make an enquiry on our website, send us an e-mail or phone us.
We collect personal information that you, your employer or principal provide us with when you use the Zerotude Service or for granting you access to the Zerotude Service. We also collect personal information that tracks your use of the Zerotude Service, when you contact Zerotude support function, or create an account at Zerotude support function.
The information we collect will in most cases include your name, e-mail, phone number, address, job title, company, the content of your message to us and other information you provide us with. We might also collect IP addresses, user ID’s, Twitter, LinkedIn or other social media accounts, and activities on Zerotude’s website. For the purpose of hosting events our marketing department may also collect food preferences for a specific event. Responses to questions regarding special dietary requirements can potentially reveal the religious affiliation or health information of the attendee and should be treated as sensitive data.
The legal basis for our processing of your personal information is that processing is necessary for the purpose of the legitimate interests of Zerotude to market our products and services, to respond to your questions and enquiries and to host Zerotude events. Zerotude may under certain circumstances process personal data based on consent. Zerotude may request consent from you in order to process certain information and/or to transfer such information to a third party. In such case you must explicitly consent to the processing in question prior to Zerotude processing the data. You may at anytime withdraw your consent to a specific processing activity by notifying Zerotude of such withdrawal by emailing or contacting the contact person below.
For the provision of the Zerotude Service Zerotude will process a user’s name, login information (e-mail address) and other account information and track your usage of the Zerotude Service. As part of our support processes, we may ask you for copies of the database and log files from your Zerotude server for the purposes of resolving any technical issues.

Your data is stored in our accounts for as long as you interact with us. We use software service providers for storing of data, providing support to our services, managing and administering customer relations and managing and administering our marketing and sales activities. Zerotude may share your contact information with contracted Zerotude Partners for the purpose of marketing and sales activities related to the Zerotude Service or ancillary services.

Apart for contracted third-party service providers, contracted Zerotude Partners or other legal entities within Zerotude group of companies your information will not be shared with anyone else.
